Google Video is a bit better no 10 min time limit and files bigger than 100mb can be uploaded.

How you ask first you must have a google or youtube account if you don't go create one www.youtube.com or google video's then you can simply email me the the link to the video or video's you want to have linked here. Make sure to get the url link.
